MYKASE 3-Year Warranty

Every MYKASE trolley bag is covered by a 3-year manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. We build our luggage from 100% virgin polypropylene precisely so it survives real travel, and the warranty is how we stand behind that.

What the warranty covers

• Manufacturing defects in the shell, including cracking or splitting under normal use
• Wheel assembly failure, including seized or detached spinner wheels
• Telescopic handle defects, including a handle that fails to lock or retract
• Zipper and zip-pull defects on the anti-theft double-coil zippers
• TSA lock mechanism failure
• Defective stitching, lining, or internal straps

What the warranty does not cover

• Cosmetic wear such as scuffs, scratches, and surface marks from normal travel
• Damage caused by airlines, couriers, or baggage handling systems
• Damage from overpacking beyond the bag's capacity
• Loss or theft of the bag or its contents
• Damage from unauthorised repairs or modifications
• Normal wear on wheels and handles over time

How to make a warranty claim

1. Email admin@mykasebags.com with your order number.
2. Attach clear photographs of the defect and of the full bag.
3. Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.
4. If the claim is approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement of the affected component.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to register my warranty?

No. Your warranty is linked to your order, so no separate registration is required. Keep your order confirmation email for reference.

Does the warranty transfer if I gift the bag?

The warranty stays linked to the original order. If you are claiming on a gifted bag, reference the original order number.

Is airline damage covered?

No. Damage caused during airline handling should be reported to the airline at the baggage desk before you leave the airport, as most carriers require this immediately on arrival.

How long do claims take?

We aim to respond to every warranty email within two business days.
