We want you to love your MYKASEBAGS purchase. If you're not completely satisfied:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.

All MYKASEBAGS trolley bags come with a 3-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship:

  • Trolley & Frame: 3-year warranty
  • Zippers & Handles: 3-year warranty
  • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, airline handling, or normal wear and tear.

How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, select your preferred bag, choose the size and colour, and click 'Add to Cart'. Proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible orders.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at admin@mykasebags.com.

Do you ship across India?

Yes! We deliver to all major cities and towns across India. Free shipping is available on orders above a certain value.
